This is the Thrustmaster extension Ultimate from MOS (plug&play)

Options:
6cm, 8cm, 10cm, or Custom Length

N.B. the length stated above is the extra length you get by installing the extension.

Version 3:
now the 8cm and 10cm versions have metal screws support through the whole shaft.
1. More support added by 2 more M3 50mm metal screws
2. and 4 M3 30mm metal screws

Version 2:
1. Added Support by long 4 M3 50mm metal screws for better durability
